Special brand-new hotel, worth its 5 stars. Favourable and amazing location near the Island restaurant in a new area. Spotless room with very comfy bed and down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Fine food, amazingly nice staff from the Gate guard to the porter.

Accommodation was reasonably spacious and unique with very pleasant and incredibly nice staff from the Gate guard to the porter. The rooms were newly renovated and top-class with extremely comfy beds, the breakfast was marvellous. The hotel was in a beautiful location, in the kids dedicated area.

We stayed in this hotel for a wedding of our friends and enjoyed very much the wedding ceremony at the hotel's pier - it was beautifully decorated with flowers, white chairs, to the accompaniment of live music... It was amazing! As for the real hotel things, the pool with see water should be mentioned - we loved it very much, both water and surrounds. Bungalows are with large and nice patio.
The wi-fi box in the room was not working. Staff promised to fix it, but did nothing. Rooms were cleaned using very smelly chemicals

Waking up in the morning with a sea view & having a sea view balcony to enjoy the weather , rain and the sun with my husband
We did not like the room as it was very old, toilet shower pipe was licking and the towel holder was broken, no channels in English at all and complimentary bottles of water to make your own coffee or tea had to be bought from your mini bar , although they did provide the kettle , coffee, tea, sugar. Housekeeping above us cleaning the rooms were to noise, no one welcomed us at the entrance no collected our bags; however did send them to the room after checking inn.Swimming pools were not heated as water temperature was around 18-15c The value for the stay was very expansive comparing to the service and room we stayed inn, the room was booked for myself & husbanded but the bed was twin single beds combined together with to sheets and blankets!!!! AC was cooling but full of dust colored in black ( not filtered for months) many and many more however our personal opinion ( we would never go back there )

We had an amazing family getaway with large, comfy rooms that were perfect for us, and the kids loved the fantastic play area. We. Just a heads up, the drinks poolside could use a bit more variety, but it didn't stop us from having a blast ☀️

One of the biggest resorts I have ever stayed, with extensive range of all kinds of facilities. Excellent breakfast.
Very friendly local staff. However, some of the foreign staff are best to be described as arrogant and ignorant and seem to see the guests as the disturbing factor within their employment.

Amazing family getaway!
We stayed for 3 nights with our kids and had a blast! The sushi restaurant was epic! The staff was super nice, always ready to help, and they chased down my lost luggage (it arrived later). The only thing was the pool tiles need some fixing, but honestly, we didn't mind it at all.
